Anything we can do to help? Eg. download and install new firmware on our routers, bring you coffee, or whatever? It's been over 24hrs now. Must be serious.

Looks like there are SMTP probs, again. At least from my end. Damien, check your mac.com account for some error output from the link to webmail off the wirelessnomad.com home page.
Also, would really be nice to have an update on the blog re: current status of this (and future) problem(s).
